"Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhyana" Experience - In Vedantin Way......

Namaskar SahYogis, Few months back I learned the process of "Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhaya-Yoga" from Art Of Living. In my regular practice of it I experienced miraculous power of these simple-single worded "Mantra-Dhyana" process. So far, Saints in India and outside India have talked a lot about self-enquiry (Jnana Vichara or Atma Vichara) which is a core part of Vedanta, and they have done their best to propagate it in various possible ways. If one wants to make a simple statement about this very mysterious and pervasive technique of self-inquiry, one must have the Jnana-Sadhana of many previous births or at least the grace of a master.
