"Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhyana" Experience - In Vedantin Way......

 Namaskar SahYogis,

Few months back I learned the process of "Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhaya-Yoga" from Art Of Living.  In my regular practice of it I experienced miraculous power of  these simple-single worded "Mantra-Dhyana" process.

So far, Saints in India and outside India have talked a lot about self-enquiry (Jnana Vichara or Atma Vichara) which is a core part of Vedanta, and they have done their best to propagate it in various possible ways. If one wants to make a simple statement about this very mysterious and pervasive technique of self-inquiry, one must have the Jnana-Sadhana of many previous births or at least the grace of a master. Self-inquiry is the most important approach of the Yoga of Knowledge (Jnana Yoga), which is traditionally regarded as the highest of the YogasSelf-Inquiry means to removal of false belief of selfhood in all three bodies (Sthul, Sukshma & Karan) and this can be achieved by giving the mind an inward turn. self-inquiry is not about finding an intellectual answer but rather going beyond the mind's concept and limitations. During my Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhyana sadhana I frequently found that this "Self-Inquiry" has been happen effortlessly by its own  and I didn't need to do anything.

I will not go deep into the various and broadest description of the mind which is mentioned in Indian Philosophy, and I don't even want to go into details about this "Manas-Buddhi-Chitta-Ahamkar", but I will say that this "Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhyana" process made me aware of vast supreme essence and consciousness within me.

I know what I experienced till date is only a glimpse, but henceforth my body, mind and intellect will be eager to see the different colors of the Sahaj-Samadhi-Dhyana".

Jai Gajanan
